Selected this salon based upon City Search reviews and was not disappointed! Moved here fairly recently and needed a really good haircut - recovering fom a couple bad ones in the area - and got just what I wanted. Nicole cut my hair and 1 week later I still love it! I expect that a month from now I will still love it. She spent her time finding out my likes and dislikes and offered suggestions. (Not to mention she has a great personality and is a lot of fun to talk to!) But best of all she told me if after I spent some time with the cut if there was something I didn't care for she would correct it - ""anything to keep the scissors out of your hands"". After having a loyal realtionship to my stylist in my old hometown I am now looking forward to a long relationship with Salon Jack & Nicole.
Pros: quick appointment, low key, no pressure selling
Cons: salon could use some atmosphere
