My experience with Acadiana Transmission was great. They were very informative, and no matter how dumb my questions sounded they found a way to answer me. They gave me information about what was going on and why they did what they did.
Usually when women go into mechanics they are treated like idiots. They really didn't do that and were very informative. My ex-husband was a mechanic all his life, so I knew what was going on. They answered my questions and didn't lie to me, which has happened to me before.
The rebuilt my whole transmission. It is working beautifully. Be honest with them. Ask questions if you don't understand. They realize that you don't know their jargon, so if you need it, they will explain things clearly and in a way you can understand.
