Extremely unprofessional - we were informed by our dogwalker, not the owner that he had switched assignments and someone else would have access to our house and dog. Our second walker was not informed about ANY of the rules we had for our dog and was shocked to find that he did not respond well to large dogs, all though this was all told to the owner in our ""interview"" process. After one month on the second walker we were informed on a Thursday that she would not be back that Tuesday and we would once again have another walker, at that time we decided this company was not for us. We would suggest going elsewhere for your dog walking needs.
