Review content:
Unfortunately, Merci Beaucoup lost my business today. And, it could have been easily avoided. I purchased a not-so-cheap sweater for my daughter at Thanksgiving at the store. She wore it ONE time and it unraveled at the button. My seamstress said that this should NOT have happened and to take it back to the store. This was a manufacturing defect. Not only did they not return/exchange it, they were rude and blamed me for the unraveling stating that my daughter must have pulled it. Then she said, ""is that ok""? Of course, it is not OK.
