AMAZING...The customer service given at this store is beyond excellent. There is NO pressure to buy...no sales associate following you around...just an atmosphere of true customer service...""We are here to serve you...please feel free to look around...if you need assisstance...do not hesitate to ask!"" The art of service is LOST but not here. I've been coming to this store for 8 years and I have received nothing but excellence. I now have a grandson who is welcome always...the owners and staff really try to establish a relationship with EVERY customer. This is why they are so successful, still in business and have weathered the economic crisis. I truly LOVE every experience and look forward to going back to the store every time I leave. The clothing lines they carry and the gift items sold are above reproach and have stood the test of time in the industry as a whole. You will NOT receive run-of-the-mill items here. I appreciate that...as do many other consumers...when you are paying good money...you want to receive excellence! more

Unfortunately, Merci Beaucoup lost my business today. And, it could have been easily avoided. I purchased a not-so-cheap sweater for my daughter at Thanksgiving at the store. She wore it ONE time and it unraveled at the button. My seamstress said that this should NOT have happened and to take it back to the store. This was a manufacturing defect. Not only did they not return/exchange it, they were rude and blamed me for the unraveling stating that my daughter must have pulled it. Then she said, ""is that ok""? Of course, it is not OK. Au revoir, Merci Beaucoup! more

For the uniqueness of the store, I give it a five. However, for friendliness, I give it a one. This past fall, I came into the store with my young baby to look for specific jeans to try on. I wanted to give my husband my Christmas gift idea since this store is close to work. My baby suddenly needed to nurse and I was refused the changing areas to do so. I was already on my way to try on these jeans as the first premise. Instead I was, more or less, pointed to my car to feed my baby. The excuse was that the store may crowd up any moment with shoppers. The shopping center was desolate on a mid week day afternoon. Upon that, I got my jean size and found the same ones at a second hand boutique for a better price. It IS THE LAW in GA to allow Mothers to nurse wherever and whenever. NOT MOM FRIENDLY. Will not return. more

i absolutely love this store!! it carries all the top lines, free people, velvet, da nang, language of la, and butterfly drop out. the prices are the most reasonable i've found yet and i will always go to merci beaucoup first before shopping anywhere else!!! customer service was great and very welcoming. the owner is the friendliest in town and can talk for hours...she definitely makes you feel like you're the only one in the store and is very personable. chairs and a tv are in the back for kids to watch a movie while their kids shop and candy and water are always available. this is definitely a store worth driving to alpharetta to check out!! Pros: great prices more
