Review content:
They have a unique menu with great food. The problem is that most people will never go back because of the complete disorganzation of the staff. When you enter the store, there is one person taking orders at the front. If the people in front of you want coffee, you will have a long wait.
There were 3 people in front of me ordering, and about 5 behind. The other staff was totally oblivious to this problem. My wife sat at the counter while I stood in line to order. After waiting 5 minutes, I was finally able to give my order. After about 10 minutes sitting at the counter reading the paper, the other waitress finally realized we were there and asked to help us. Overall, we spent about 1 hour in the Blue Rain, with 30-40 minutes waiting to order and get our food.
Pros: Good Food, Good Coffee, Unique menu
Cons: Poor service, long wait time, disorganized staff
