We hired FRSR to install a small patio and Firepit for our yard. Matt, Adam and his team good not have been better to work for. Matt the sales manager was great and knew exactly what we wanted. Adam our PM and his crew were great they were very nice, respectful of our property and were just great craftsman. Thank you more

Stay away from these guys. BEWARE I would never use these guys. It took them 4 months to finish Our (winter) project as stated on Facebook. It doesn’t look bad from far away in the photos they posted. But there are cracks all through it, No Pride in their work, Owner Yelled at my wife. The grout work looks like crap; you can see finger prints in it. They never wiped it down to smooth it out. They left holes in the grout and didn’t finish the grout up to the edges of the openings. In some spots it was 2 to 3 inches away. The guy doing the install had plans in his hand that stated 10'X13' and was only building a 10'X10' BEWARE When I complained the sale guy about the grout work he wrote me an email that stated ". We sent pictures in to our faux stone manufacturer and they verified that the grout work to the stone was well within industry standards". I normally do not write reviews but I just had to with our experience with our project and FRSR. We had a stamped patio installed several years ago by another company and it looked good for about 4 months. After that time frame the color was no longer visible and just looked bad. We called several companies to come out and look and hired a company that put a new sealer on it, which made the patio look good for a few months before it turned white. That brings me to FRSR, I was doing so research on line and came across their website. I called and made an appointment with Eric the Owner. After looking at my patio he knew exactly what was wrong and what steps needed to be done to get my patio back. Eric and his crew came out and followed all the steps that he had talked about. What surprised us the most was that the crew could not have been more helpful and great to work with, explaining what they were doing very step of the way. Once they completed my patio looked better than it did the day after it was installed, and the clean up was great. Now after the winter the patio still looks great and we are ready to show it off to our family and friends. more
