DO NOT USE CROSS CUT TREE SERVICE. The guy came by in a Cross Cut truck and told us he was slow and needed to keep his guys busy. We decided to go ahead and have a tree cut down. He told us that he would give us a cheaper price for paying cash. He wrote us a receipt on a Cross Cut Letterhead invoice. The invoice said paid in Full. He was suppose to be here the very next day.... It has been 4 weeks & the phone numbers on the receipt have been disconnected. After researching I found another number & acted like I wanted an estimate. An employee with the company called me & told me Mark Campbell no longer works with them. I need to get Mark Campbell to do it. Mark Campbell was representing them in a Cross cut truck & wrote me a receipt on Cross Cut letter head & now Cross Cut is telling me they are not responsible. I am out of $300.
Cons: Never showed up after I paid them in full.
