After 7 days of constant calling, nothing. I had to threaten legal action against Mark and Cross Cut before anyone came by and took care of the tree. When it was taken care of, it was by another contractor. The whole thing took an hour.\r

Next time, I'll just call the contractor.
Pros: The price...still not worth the wait, fighting or time spent pestering them.
Cons: They would never have done the work had I not badgered them to do so. Even when it was done, it was late and after LOTS of fighting for it.
