Very unprofessional, dishonest; We bought my daughters dress and paid in full and trusted bridal boutique of carmel to store it until her wedding. 4 months after we bought it we went back to have her try her dress on again and look at possible bridesmaid dresses, we even made an appointment ahead of time so they could pull her gown and have it ready. When we arrived they were avoiding us and would not talk to us/ I finally went and found the owner and she said they lost her dress and did not know how that could happen. She kept changing her story as to what happen to the dress, even as to go so far as to tell us maybe the delivery man took it. My daughter was in tears, I asked her what she would be willing to do for us. She just kept saying she didnt know what happen to the dress and did not even suggest a remedy for us. When I asked for a refund she just kept looking at me/ I did get a refund after refusing to leave the store without one. I suggest that noone uses this dress shop as they are dishonest and unwilling to help their customers in times of problems. I totally agree with other reviewers that this shop is very unprofessional and do not care about their customers only to get their money and after that the customers are nothing to them.\r
