Review content:
Find a better dental office. I was emailed a confirmation appointment which I never responded to. I called the office on friday and their answering machine went on that their office was closed. I called Monday morning(same day my appointment was scheduled) to reschedule for a different time. The ""Clinic manager"" had the worse attitude ever..argueing that I had to pay a $25.oo fee for breaking my appointment time, she gave me no other options.This lady should work at a collection agency argueing with patients over the phone. I will definately email Dr. Cunningham with a copy of this post....My Husband and I will leave this office. This office location was very convenient to us..However, dealing with RUDE DISRESPECTFUL people is not within my needs.
