My experience with Elite Auto Collision has been good so far. I picked them because I thought they were very personable. I liked them and had a good feeling about them after talking to them. I felt confident that I wasn't just another number to them. They actually have a personal, human touch. They got me processed and to the rent-a-car shop pretty quickly. They even tried to send me an email update about the progress on my car, but I couldn't figure out to negotiate it, but at least they tried.
When my wife went to pick up the car the work they had done was beautiful, however, there was a dent in the car that hadn't been there before. I called the shop and they said they had cleared it when she left the shop, so it was unclear how or when it happened, but they are going to fix it anyway, at no charge to me, which I thought was very professional and makes me sure about them as a trustworthy shop. I'd definitely go back to them.
