HORRIBLE customer service! I bought a gun (brand new supposedly). It did not fire right and I called to see what could be done about it. They said to bring it in. I brought it in the same day and when I got there 2 guys were behind the counter and neither of them offered any assistance until I had to approach them for help. One of the guys told me the gunsmith wasn't there and I would have to leave my gun. I asked if he knew how long it would take to get it back and he said, ""He will see it when he sees it."" My husband pushed further about how long it would be and he said about a week and a half. I called up there after a week to see where it was at as far as being looked at and they told me it would be a minimum of 6-8 weeks before it even got LOOKED at! I spoke to the VERY RUDE manager and he talked down to me and told me that they only have one gunsmith and he goes to all the gun shows and will be out of town most of the time. He said I could come and pick up my gun and take it somewhere else even though they have the warranty! I ended up hanging up on him because he was talking in circles and treating me like a moron. When I got there to pick up my gun he told me I was very rude for hanging up on him and I told him that they were rude for lying about how long it would take to have my gun done. Then he told me it was going to take a lot longer taking it somewhere else. They are all very rude and do not deserve to be in business. They are extremely expensive too, especially to be a pawn shop! The only reason we bought the gun when we did is because Academy couldn't keep it in stock. It ended up costing more at this pawn shop and came with less. PLEASE DON'T MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE! I have already filed a complaint with BBB as well!
