PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Seriously, the negative reviews you are reading here are completly true, and the positive ones were posted by the employee's of the company.\r
I guarantee you if you go to this company you will be happy about your service until you receive the first bill. Of course all companies have their new client setup policies, but this company charges you for 9 hours of ""travel box setup"" when all you were looking for was 10 min of consulting. \r
Heather is a great person with a good heart, but a terrible and very unprofessional business owner. Ask any of her employee's...behind closed doors they will tell you that she is never around, you can't ever get ahold of her, she drops everything onto her staff, and she spends more time and $ at Nordstrom and the spa then she does caring about her clients or employee's. Decor in the office and desktop backgrounds are more important than her clients and employee's needs. It's all about image with Heather, but the sad thing is that is all you are going to get with this company...A good appearance.
