Bellingham Auto Air has been using Heather at Pavlosky Accounting Solutions for 12 years, some of that before with another business, she does my wife and I's personal taxes and business taxes and book keeping. she not only set me up and took me from handwritten invoices and piles of receipts. to Quick books in 2002. she also takes care of my taxes, book keeping, reconciliation, she has even shown me ways to make my every day Quick books entry's easier and saves me money both from the shorter time she spends on my book keeping and also with tax advantages. and she always is up to date on tax law changes. and if i'm ever audited she'll handle that too. more

Today couldn't be a more perfect day to acknowledge the Pavlosky Team. I own a business in Bellingham that let's just say.... needs some cleanup. I was and still am experiencing anxiety about my ongoing ""list"" of things I need to do, but Heather came in today and just listened and reminded me of my successes AND to just take things one at a time... not overload myself with a 3 page ""do"" list everyday. She walks me through my books and helps me understand my strengths and then the things I really need to spend some time fine tuning. I am grateful to have her and her staff as part of my team also.. they have relieved so much of my worry as a business owner. more

Pavlosky accounting has been in charge of our accounting and bookkeeping since 1999. When we decided to port over our books to new accounting software, Heather was there for us to make sure our books were balanced and that our records were accurate. She took care of everything so that we could focus on making our business profitable. more

For a company that has been in business for 15 years + you're going to eventually run across people who are not happy. THAT's why you see negative posts......People who are happy simply tell their friends and refer business. Those who are UNHAPPY make posts like that simply because they have nothing better to do with their time.......and they know who they are.\r \r I've know the owner of this business for many, many years and find it comical to read some of these comments. Too bad ALL of the clients who are happy don't take the time to write a rewview but then again, their time is better put to running a business NOT playing on the net. more

If you want HUGE bills with little or no service provided this is your best bet. This women is a con artist with a company to hide behind. She will try and make money off you any way she can. She tried to sell me all the quick books software at over retail price and tried to convince me I needed all the bells and whistles when I didn't. Not to mention the little explanations for the $1000+ bill I received after out first 2 hour meeting had very questionable items on it. I asked for a detailed break down of the charges and still have not been provided with them. I do remember being charged a half hour to make a company file for their organizational system and being billed an hour for a phone call to my employee that never happened. The real kicker is my taxes where done WRONG not once but twice. I was a sucker to allow this women to continue to leach $1000's from me. My only hope is that I can help others to stay away from Pavloski. In the end i have found a simple honest bookkeeper that does things right and only charges $100 a month and was great at helping me pick up the shattered pieces after Pavloski. more

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Seriously, the negative reviews you are reading here are completly true, and the positive ones were posted by the employee's of the company.\r I guarantee you if you go to this company you will be happy about your service until you receive the first bill. Of course all companies have their new client setup policies, but this company charges you for 9 hours of ""travel box setup"" when all you were looking for was 10 min of consulting. \r Heather is a great person with a good heart, but a terrible and very unprofessional business owner. Ask any of her employee's...behind closed doors they will tell you that she is never around, you can't ever get ahold of her, she drops everything onto her staff, and she spends more time and $ at Nordstrom and the spa then she does caring about her clients or employee's. Decor in the office and desktop backgrounds are more important than her clients and employee's needs. It's all about image with Heather, but the sad thing is that is all you are going to get with this company...A good appearance. more

As a small business owner, I needed the assistance of a professional when starting up my QuickBooks. Over the phone, the woman I was dealing with was very nice. It wasn't until my face to face consulation that things went sour. Heather is a very unpleasant woman who has a way of talking down to you. Her team, I believe, is just as frustrated with her as I was, as I heard numerous girls complaining about her when I saw them in town having a drink one night. It was very unfortunate that I chose Pavlosky Accounting to help me, when in actuality after all was said and done, the bill was over a thousand dollars for a mere 2-3 hours of work. Absolute nightmare. These girls think that anything that they do it is okay to charge me for. They take a half an hour to staple some papers together, and I'm out of 30 bucks just like that. I came to them for a one time consultation to get my Quickbooks set up. I was there for about 2 hours and I got a bill for over 600$. This place is a nightmare. Heather and her associates are extremely unprofessional. Not only do they rip you off for the service they provide, they have a major issue with communication. Communication between them and their clients as well as communication between their employees. All in all, this place was a joke. I know for a fact that all the other reviews on here they wrote themselves or had family members write, they are all a few days apart and they are all saying a bunch of things that are not true. Pavlosky accounting solutions has helped me keep all my accounting ducks in a row. They took the time to get to know me personally and they pay attention to my individual business needs. I can call anytime with requests and I have always been recieved with positive and quick responses to my needs. What I am most impressed with is the team of ladies working at P.A.S. they are all so helpful and supportive and good at what they do. They make me feel like I am part of their team whenever I walk through the door. I have used their services for many years. The software we use is not common and very industry specitfic and it never fazed them. They are very good at keeping up with tax changes and deadline reminders. I am very comfortable leaving on vacation knowing that their office will handle any problems that may arise. I would like to start this off by saying I created this account just to warn all of you how horrible Pavlosky Accounting really is. If there was a star for nothing, or negative starts, I would give it to them. Not only does Heather Pavlosky treat her customers with absolutely no respect, she over charges and shows NO type of receipt for what she's getting paid for. I will never again bring my services to Pavlosky accounting because of that woman. I've lost thousands of dollars, my books are all messed up, and I've had to start over from scratch. I'm just thankful I left when I did and found a REAL bookkepping service.
