My Mother and I need a girls day, so we decided to get our nails done. Upon entry, the women at the counter could have cared less. I know her name, but choose to leave it out. We waited for 25 minutes for someone to call us over. Most of them looked annoyed, and bored. The man who did my nails, rushed though it and immediately called someone on his cellphone while I was still sitting in-front of him. My Mother asked for a specific rounded edge on her nails so they weren't sharp, what she got was an entire rounded nail, it looked terrible. How could this be so unprofessional? I will NEVER return here. I felt unwelcome and uncared for, as well as my Mother.
