Review content:
I went there with a fairly large group. Two families for a total of 14 people. The photographers were fantastic with kids, courteous to everybody, and very professional.
We were very happy with the finished pictures. The photographer took the time and sat down with everybody to show us our options, we were never rushed and they were never rude.
I took 1 star away because, immediately after the pictures were taken, we realized that we forgot to take single pictures of one of the members. We had to pay an additional 75 dollars for their picture, which is the price of a whole new package. It seemed a bit ridiculous that they would charge another 75 dollars on top of 180 dollars spent on the group package. They were not busy and nobody was in any of the rooms.
Other than this, the whole experience was fantastic. I'd recommend anybody go there for any occasion...just make a checklist of the pictures you'd like to take and cross them off so you don't forget one!
Pros: Fantastic staff, work great with kids
Cons: Not considerate of how much money their packages cost.
