Businiess name:  Philipe's Day Spa

Review content:
I am an avid spa goer and I've visted this spa in the past. I visited Philipe's in March of 07 and was greatly disapointed. I purchased a retreat package which includes a message, facial, manicure and pedicure. They no longer give you a robe, and ask that you remain in your street clothes for your treatments. No feeling of being pampered in that. They only offer water in the relaxation area (no more juice). The person giving me my facial was double booked so she kept leaving me to attend to her other client. I was rushed from treatment to treatment, being told they were behind schedule at each juncture. The message chair I sat in during my pedicure was broken. I also noticed that a lot of the walls had nail holes in them as if they recently took down art or shelves or decorations, etc and left everything without being filled and repainted. Just tacky. All in all, I felt extremely rushed, and more like I was in some sort of assembly line, rather than enjoying a much desereved (and over priced) relaxing day of being pampered. Pros: Thumbs down Cons: Rushed, over booked, ambience
