I read through the previous reviews and was a little surprised--I have been coming to Philipe's for years and have always had a good experience. Perhaps this is due to the fact that I a) arrive on time b) come alone or with one friend, not a large group c) I am rather realistic about my experiences in a spa that makes the best of a small, busy space. I have only ever received massages (always fab) or facials (only one) so I can't speak to the other services, but plan on trying out more services this year. They accept SpaFinder cards which is great for my out-of-town family. I just really dig it. Again, I don't have ridiculous expectations, just a great spa I regularly visit.
