My first visit - arrived at the front desk and my greeting was, ""Do you have an appt,"" to which is responded affirmatively. Then a pleasant, ""Sign in."" No, ""Have a seat and your massause will be right with you,"" or ""Can I get you something to drink while you wait,"" or anything else that might be even close to a pleasant greeting. The girls then chatted amongst themselves about personal life issues - obnoxious to be listening to! Since front desk seems to be a continuing problem for Philipe's, you'd think it would be job performance closely monitored. Guess not!
Pros: Massage was outstanding
Cons: The front desk service is deplorable!
