Humm where to start-Lets go with what I do like.\r
Facilities and location - As far as getting to the studio and having available parking nothing can match that. Especially considering the usual mid-town Nashville conundrum of finding parking close to where you are going. \r
Let me preface the following with the fact that ive been to 5 different studios in different states and this is easily the worst for the following reasons:\r
\r
Once you step inside this little pink themed cutesy girly studio you realize these ladies have some major control issues- that is signs everywhere: Put your shoes there, sign up over here, dont be too loud, and dont let me catch you sweating too much. Well once you go over the check list you take notice of the overpriced merchandise available and in case you forgot your mat and a drink be ready to fork over 8 or 9 bucks. Cha-Ching! And to top it off its 20 bucks a class for a newcomer or you could by monthly unlimited for $140. Cha-Ching! Well if you are hardcore you could lower that price to around 100 a month but you have to commit to a year. Cha-Ching! This place is def meant for women with cash.\r
\r
If you are a guy like me you can go into the humbly sized changing room and do your business, im sure the girls have it worse off though. Once inside the studio, the temp is nice and hot (i do like) and you are smoothed by the warming budda music. Now set up your mat and wait for your femma-nazi instructor. Now out of all the instructors there are a few that actually sound like they care to be there but most of them just rattel on like a broken record every class with the same monotone cadence. One girl goes so fast it feels like im in a micro-machines commerical. Just let us have silence in the middle of a pose one time. I don't care to hear all you feelings about every pose. After having the owner Cassie teach class in these commanding tones it probs rubs off on the instructors The owner just doesnt get it and it shows.
Pros: facilities, location
Cons: attitudes, vibes, preachy instructors, prices, lack of positivity
