Review content:
My small Maltese has stayed at Pampered Pet ""lodge"" on more than one occasion and I have had nothing but great experiences. The kennel has been clean, non-smelly, and the staff very caring. They took great pains to make sure our pickly little dog ate - giving her extra attention and extra ""cuddle"" time when we suddenly had to go out of town for a family funeral. I also have tried a few other places, but none measures up to what these people can do. They are responsive and quick to make customer service a priority.
Pros: Great caring people - great grooming. Now have a school for groomers.
Cons: Everyone else likes them - call early for holiday reservations for kennel!
