Review content:
While preparing artwork to display in a group thesis exhibition at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, I decided I would need to select a mat and frame to properly present a series of photographs. I went to a custom frame maker in the loop area, but they were unable to accommodate either my time-line, or price range. I was quickly running out of time, and found out about Peterson. I called and spoke to a designer who met with me that afternoon. He helped me make an informed decision and select materials that I really felt were right-on for my artwork. Despite the fact that I had a very specific presentation in mind, I was able to pick my photos up within 2-days, and the cost was significantly less than what I had been quoted downtown. The pieces looked great and I was able to stay relaxed, and install them properly.
