I will put average because there are reasons I would recommend them and reasons I would not. Their price to move the items we needed moved was far and away the best price we received. \r

I currently work for a business where if you can do NOTHING else, provide the BEST customer service possible. With that said this company's follow-up and customer service was some of the worst we have experienced. They did not proactively return phone calls on a change in moving items affecting to estimate. We were told they would arrive at 7:30am...again no proactive call to advise otherwise. AFTER we called several times, we finally got an answer. Apparently the movers did not LEAVE until 7:45 or so meaning the dispatcher knew they were going to be late, but did not call. The movers FINALLY arrived and started loading around 9:00am. Just a LITTLE bit of customer service and damage control could have made a WORLD of difference. 5 stars on price...-5 stars on customer service.
