Do not shop at D- Town in Charlotte NC. I purchased a phone with this company and after an hr the phone cut off and on by itself. I went and bought a new battery for it (thinking this was the problem) it was not the battery. So I called d-town and explained the issue. His first response was take it to whoever you have service through. I informed him that the company stated since I didnt buy my phone from them they couldnt help me. His next statement was to lie to a company and tell them something was wrong with the internet or something and then they would fix it. I told him I was not going to do that and asked about returning it. He stated I could not return it. I only had the phone for 4 days. He was not willing to help resolve the problem, he wanted me to have someone else deal with it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do not buy from this company because their product might not work and then you are stuck with it!!!!!
