DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY 2/14/2012

Do not shop at D- Town in Charlotte NC. I purchased a phone with this company and after an hr the phone cut off and on by itself. I went and bought a new battery for it (thinking this was the problem) it was not the battery. So I called d-town and explained the issue. His first response was take it to whoever you have service through. I informed him that the company stated since I didnt buy my phone from them they couldnt help me. His next statement was to lie to a company and tell them something was wrong with the internet or something and then they would fix it. I told him I was not going to do that and asked about returning it. He stated I could not return it. I only had the phone for 4 days. He was not willing to help resolve the problem, he wanted me to have someone else deal with it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do not buy from this company because their product might not work and then you are stuck with it!!!!! more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 1/24/2012

I had the worst experience with this business. I broke the screen on my smartphone and called them to get a quote. First time I called, they gave me the price of $100. Called again and they quoted me a higher price. I called around to some other places and they seemed to be the cheapest. So I called a third time and they asked again how much was I told each time I called. This should have been my first clue to not do business with them. They claimed they ordered the part for my phone & would call when it came in (told me about 3 days). A week past & no call. I called them again and they claimed it was on back order & said they actually spoke to the company that day & they were shipping it. It's had been another week & no call. I finally gave up on them & went with another company. That was about a month ago & still no call. Not sure how they stay in business with that type of customer service. They didn't want my business. Don't waste your time - horrible customer service, not consistent with price quotes & rude on the phone. more
