Took my Ski Doo in there for some repairs and was very happy with the service provided by Rex and his crew. Thinking about buying a new sled next year and know that I will buy it at Pro Caliber Bend. Met Frank in sales and was impressed. I also know the General Manager is a big supporter of the OSSA and their local clubs and was even awarded OSSA Dealer Of The Year in 2010. I see another bad review on here and have no idea what they are talking about as Pro Caliber will meet or beat anyone's prices on parts and units and seems very professionally ran with Factory trained techs. Sounds like a competitor or disgruntled employee just trying to slander a good store for their own personal reasons or gain...not hard to see that in such a broad sweeping negative review. If nothing else check them out for yourself and you will see it is a great store and group of people.
