Don,t buy from Pro Caliber if you want to have a machine to ride. bought a new commander 1000 went 51 mile test run at ranch then took off for the Idaho big dunes. machine would not start in the morning, brought it back to Pro Caliber in Bend and they have had it for a week, have not touched it, said it would be another week before they can look at it. WTF!!!!! all my friends took off this week to go riding, me with my new machine are just sitting here waiting. I think if you spend $16,000 they would help you out a little more than this. I guess once they have your money ""oh well, sorry your machine doesn't run, well get to it when we can. thanks for your money"" more

Parts/Service Department is great 2/4/2012

I needed a rear tire for my 2006 GSXR and I walked in to inquire about it. The parts person behind the counter knew my tire size without even looking it up. He was definately a part pro. Sorry, I forgot his name. I asked how long it would take to get the tire and to my surprise it was in stock. I brought the bike it an hour later and less than an hour later the tire was mounted and ready to go. Rex in the service department was great too. I'd also like to give a nod to Tim in the sales/business department. We did a deal and it was easy and painless. I'd reccomend Pro Caliber in Bend to anyone. more

A Expierience 1/25/2012

My family frequently has vacationed in Bend over the years and ProCaliber is our Number One go to shop! They have the brands we love and the staff to sell them, we have never left with less than a great expierience (and tons of cool stuff). By far the best customer service expieriences you will have in a retail shop, ever. If you need anything, snow, dirt, watercraft, they have if for you and if they don't they will get it no problem they are extremley eager to help and get you what you need. Their service department is filled with highly trained technicians that will get you back out in no time. There is no doubt why ProCaliber the people of Central Oregon's go to store! more

Very Helpful and Knowledgeable 1/25/2012

Took my Ski Doo in there for some repairs and was very happy with the service provided by Rex and his crew. Thinking about buying a new sled next year and know that I will buy it at Pro Caliber Bend. Met Frank in sales and was impressed. I also know the General Manager is a big supporter of the OSSA and their local clubs and was even awarded OSSA Dealer Of The Year in 2010. I see another bad review on here and have no idea what they are talking about as Pro Caliber will meet or beat anyone's prices on parts and units and seems very professionally ran with Factory trained techs. Sounds like a competitor or disgruntled employee just trying to slander a good store for their own personal reasons or gain...not hard to see that in such a broad sweeping negative review. If nothing else check them out for yourself and you will see it is a great store and group of people. more

Terrible service and gouging prices 8/13/2011

Pro Caliber is in no way professional. It is just sad that those of us who live in central Oregon have to drive to the valley to get a proper price on a bike. And even worse, their shop is ran based on the ""bid low and hike up the bill"" attitude and they may or may not have even done the job right. I would rather let a gradeschooler change my oil than this bunch of fools. And even worse, the parts counter is worse then going to Autozone, but if your looking for work and can spell your name you could probably run the place in a few months. more
