I started using Creative Media Designs in 2001 when I initially purchased equipment from them. If you are thinking of setting up a home theater, I would definitely recommend calling them for any recommendations on equipment and installation. I have had the same projector, screen, and other equipment that I originally purchased from them, for many years, and have been happy with everything.
They've been very helpful, both in the shop and over the phone, since the first day I called them. I wasn't sure how to do some of the wiring for my equipment, and Jim told me to bring in the equipment and he would do it for me. He gave me good, discounted prices.
I moved from Florida to Georgia and have been calling them from time to time for feedback on new equipment and tech support. They got me the right size screen and projector for the room in Georgia that I put the equipment in, and they gave me the best price as far as the range of projectors. They also told me the amount of cable that I needed.
I update my equipment over the years and often get feedback from them. If I have any trouble, I get their tech support to help. I just called them last week about updating all of my equipment for 3D. I highly recommend Creative Media Designs.
