Creative Media Designs

I've been very pleased with Creative Media Designs! I've been using them for about four years, and they installed the whole house TV and audio system. We also have WiFi throughout the home with two extension adapters. They work rather efficiently, and they have some great people. They are responsive, and I really appreciate the work they've done! more

Lee is a very good asset for Creative Media Designs. He knows his stuff and is very personable. We bought a new big screen TV and wanted it floating on the wall with no furniture around. Creative Media suggested we put all the technology in the bedroom so we could achieve this look. There is not a wire hanging out of the TV and everything operates by remote. A lot of people don't know their stuff when it comes to technology but Lee is a really smart guy and didn't make us feel stupid. A couple of days later after using the technology I had a question and emailed Lee. He answered within ten minutes and offered to come over to help. I can't say enough good things about him! more

When I experienced an issue with my Marantz AV receiver, Jim immediately worked with the manufacturer to resolve all issues . Its difficult to find AV professionals now days. When i asked CMD to fully fit my house out with the latest AV equipment to give me specified functionality within a budget.. my biggest concerns were would it fulfill my needs? would it work? would it be delivewred on time? How much damage would it cause to my house? Well i must say I was fully satisfied on all accounts. Whats more not only do they know their stuff but the level of customer service and care was exceptional. YES i would reccomend CMD to my friend and have done! more

I have used Creative Media Designs a couple of times now. In the past, they did all the electronics for my home movie theater. Recently, they installed a whole new sound system for me. I have come back to Creative because they are very dependable, and always available. What's really important to me is that their service is great, and for any little issue you have they will come back. They don't just do the work and then you never hear from them again. The installers do good work, and they are very professional. They are also neat and clean. They take their shoes off at the door, and clean up everything before they leave. I'm very satisfied with the service they provide. more

My experience with Creative Media Designs has been mostly with Lee, my serviceman. He is the only one who comes in the house and he is very prompt. Whenever I have a problem, I'll call him and he calls me right back and tells me when he'll be there, and he arrives at that time. He never fails, he fixes whatever my problem is. I started using Creative Media Designs in 2001 when I initially purchased equipment from them. If you are thinking of setting up a home theater, I would definitely recommend calling them for any recommendations on equipment and installation. I have had the same projector, screen, and other equipment that I originally purchased from them, for many years, and have been happy with everything. They've been very helpful, both in the shop and over the phone, since the first day I called them. I wasn't sure how to do some of the wiring for my equipment, and Jim told me to bring in the equipment and he would do it for me. He gave me good, discounted prices. I moved from Florida to Georgia and have been calling them from time to time for feedback on new equipment and tech support. They got me the right size screen and projector for the room in Georgia that I put the equipment in, and they gave me the best price as far as the range of projectors. They also told me the amount of cable that I needed. I update my equipment over the years and often get feedback from them. If I have any trouble, I get their tech support to help. I just called them last week about updating all of my equipment for 3D. I highly recommend Creative Media Designs. Tom Mathisen more

This my second home Creative Media Designs has done. From the ownership down, they are very hands-on and involved. I like super high-end gear, but I do not feel like they are the type to over sell. In fact, they actually tried to sell me a system that was very good for the price until I told them I wanted an even more high-end system. They are very fair and they care about their work. If something is not right, they come right back to fix it. It has been 2 years since they installed all the gear in my second house, and they provide service when things need changed or updated. We have power outages in Florida, and they are always very quick to respond when we need them to service our system. They always make it out in a day or two. Over all, they are a great company and their people are very respectful and responsible. I have never felt the need to watch over them. I feel they are very trustworthy. They care about their company and they care about their work. I cannot say enough about them. more

Creative Media Designs installed a complete sound system with televisions and speakers, inside and outside. They were available when Direct TV came out, and Creative Media Designs let them know where to run the lines. They helped Direct with the boxes and made sure all the lines were run correctly. They called them and even let them know what equipment they needed. They really did everything. I wasn't even home. It was my first time using Creative Media Designs and it was great. I think they are really good. There were no hidden costs, and they never came back to tell me they couldn't do something. I have known Creative Media Designs for a long time. We first hired them to build a stereo system throughout our entire house ten years ago when we were having the house built.
