I've read a lot of reviews, but this is the first one in which the store owner alleges the bad reviews come from the competition--with no evidence whatever.
I went to A-1 with a printed list of eight problems with my Macbook. A-1 promised to fix the problems within four days. Eight days later, A-1 had addressed one problem and hadn't fixed it.
I told them I was dissatisfied with their services and that I wanted my computer back. They refused to return it, holding it hosting for a $160 bill--that's $160 for doing nothing.
These people aren't just unprofessional. They're arrogant and their contempt for their customers is obvious. I did ransom my computer, but only after having to listen to a tirade from one employee that included descriptions of me with words not used in polite conversation.
Stay away from this place at all costs.
