Review content:
If you need a fancy waiting room, gourmet coffee, and a salesman in a suit to make you feel like your car is going to be repaired right, then this place might be for you. Unfortunately this place gets referred too much business from the luxury car dealers to actually do any of the repairs in a timely fashion. Once they get you to commit to the repair, they know they have got your business and they dont have to worry about meeting any actual timelines. Look at ALL the other reviews, everyone agrees (even the positive reviews) that they take an unusually long amount of time to do they repairs. They say thats because they ""take the time to do it right"", but in truth it's because they let your car sit around for a few weeks before they get to it. I have to admit that my car came back looking pretty good, but having dealt with several body shops in the past, I know that the repairs could have be done in less than half the time (maybe a month vs the 3 months they took). Everyday it was some new excuse, first they delayed while trying to get more money out of the insurance company. Then it was the standard ""we are waiting on parts"" excuse that they tell everyone for whom they don't have an actual excuse. When I asked what parts they were waiting on, when they were ordered and who they had been ordered from (after 2 months of waiting), they talked in circles and never could give me a straight answer. If you have to rely on a rental vehicle while waiting for your repair, don't bother with this shop
Pros: Good coffee
Cons: Delays, excuses, playing games with insurance co.
