Review content:
we just adopted a puppy and got a few friend's recommendations to go this place. the first few times seemed ok..i agree with other postings that say the place does smell, the wait time is definitely unpredictable even if you make an appointmen (my first time, I waited almost an hour) and there are animals just roaming around the office, which i found unsanitary. the real problem with this place is that they have more than 1 vet attending to your pet, so depending on the day of your appt, you may get someone different who will tell you something different. and even worse, none of the vets seem to communicate to the front desk or to each other! for instance, we were told that vaccinations can be done every 2 weeks. so we called to make an appt for a 3rd round, and the receptionist scheduled us. when we showed up, the vet there on that day told us it was too soon (she prefers to give them 3 weeks instead) and turned us away! then when we went back, we asked about getting our dog neutered and the vet told us between 4-6 months is fine. our puppy is 4 months, and we scheduled an appt to bring her in. AGAIN when we showed up, a different vet told us she recommends the dog get neutered at 6 months and turned us away again!! seeing as my boyfriend and i are both working professionals, we have to take time off of work to bring our puppy in for these treatments and this place seems to have no problem in wasting our time. \r

seems like nobody bothers checking your pet's chart to see what the best course of treatment is. they leave it up to you and they just want you to make an appt. if you ever call in and have questions, the receptionist is not helpful. she'll only recommend that you make an appointment, and then when you come in, you waste time waiting around, then they end up turning you away! i think it's just poor customer service and shows that even though they may care about your pet (which i'm not totally convinced they do) they definitely don't care about you.
Pros: vets have a good bedside manner
Cons: front desk is not helpful, no communication, more than 1 doctor seeing your pet, pricey
