I have been going to Joanne for approcimately 3 years. I used to frequent another salon in Bayside, but was not happy with the way my hair was done. I finally decided to make a change, and Joanne was recommended to me by a friend who has been going to her for almost 20 years. The first time I went and explained to Joanne why I was unhappy with my hair (one reason was my highlights looked like stripes!). I asked for her opinion, and she cut, colored and highlighted my hair perfectly! and did exactly what she had said she would (What a concept!). I love going there, always have fun, laugh and am happier with my hair now than I have been for many years! Thank you Joanne!!!!!!!!
