I have always been the greatest advocate of using student stylists to get a good salon services at a reasonable price, but my recent visit with the Littleton CO location left me feeling as if it was my fault they failed to provide a senior student stylist (as requested) and to propery schedule an appropriate amount of time to render the services I had scheduled for a month in advance. I took every necessary precaution in scheduling my appointment, expressing my need for a specific service and was informed by their receptional staff that there would be no issues. My request was within their ability to meet. Instead, I was treated as an inconvenience to the point they acted surprised by my negative reaction to their treatment. Unforgiveable. Fortunately, the other school, in Lakewood, has far better customer service. My hair was done beautifully there and my review for their location is forthcoming. As for Littleton, I would not recommend it unless you enjoy being treated as an inconvenient afterthought.
