My Mother has been a Resident at Park Manor for the past 3 years. Initially, in 2006, the service was not good, however it has improved dramatically during the past 2 years. I must add that I have been very satisfied with the current mangement team during the past year. When requested, I have been provided the required assistance from management, CNA's, Nurses, Maintenance, etc., and the follow-up response time and attitude has been exemplary.\r
I do not expect the Facility to be perfect, so I attempt to recognize that there will be some errors and mistakes, however in my estimation the aforementioned during the past year has been minimal at most, and I am satisfeid.\r
