These reviews on here all five stars, a bit suspicious! These are completely incorrect. They are in business for two years-son's name-Ifran, and seems to say things you want to hear, saying that they don't charge you, and give you discounts, and will be back to complete, and give you a time credit...and a date/time to return to fix the problem with new parts etc. I really don't know who did these reviews, but someone from same industry said, some company uses review company to help boost business. I never heard of this, but now I'm suspicious, as my experience was not followed as review says...also these reviews all done in same time/months? This company promise, and did not deliver. They came once, and said they need to order some of parts, and will come back to repair with parts on a heater and toilet parts, the following week, and yet to hear back. They charged me for full service, and said I had extra 30 minutes credit for our second part repair, but never called or followed up-not very ethical or professtional. I left few messages, and not one call back to say either way. This is my first review I have given any company ever. I have to be very disatisfied or question a company in order to write one. I would not recommend.
