All In One Plumbing And Drain

These reviews on here all five stars, a bit suspicious! These are completely incorrect. They are in business for two years-son's name-Ifran, and seems to say things you want to hear, saying that they don't charge you, and give you discounts, and will be back to complete, and give you a time credit...and a date/time to return to fix the problem with new parts etc. I really don't know who did these reviews, but someone from same industry said, some company uses review company to help boost business. I never heard of this, but now I'm suspicious, as my experience was not followed as review says...also these reviews all done in same time/months? This company promise, and did not deliver. They came once, and said they need to order some of parts, and will come back to repair with parts on a heater and toilet parts, the following week, and yet to hear back. They charged me for full service, and said I had extra 30 minutes credit for our second part repair, but never called or followed up-not very ethical or professtional. I left few messages, and not one call back to say either way. This is my first review I have given any company ever. I have to be very disatisfied or question a company in order to write one. I would not recommend. more

I own several property's in the peninsula and I've alway used All In One Plumbing And Drain. They have always been fair on pricing and the techs are very competent. They are on time and finishes work in a timely manner.I've recommended them to family and friends more

All In One Plumbing and Drain has typically done everything we've asked of them so far. They charge us a reasonable rate, and have always been able to take care of after-hour emergencies. The people at All In One Plumbing and Drain have always been courteous with the employees that we have on site. As far as what they've done, they've tested for back flow, repaired indoor and outdoor plumbing, cleared drains, and installed water heaters. It's been pretty close to a year that we've been using them. All In One does good work, and I don't have to call them back afterwards. The service man has been available all the time for us. I'm a contractor, and I just happened to see the All In One Plumbing and Drain van on the street one day. I called them about a project I had going on, and I thought Ron responded well to my request for a bid, and quickly. I was redoing a condo unit, and used them mainly to run the plumbing for the new laundry facility. He did everything we went over, without any problems. I thought they were pretty fair about the pricing, too, and they let me know ahead of time if any extra costs would be involved. Since then, I have recommended them to friends of mine, and they have also been surprised by their quickness and fairness. They are very knowledgeable, and easy to get in touch with.
