I had been going there for 10 plus years with a very good impression of the place, I even posted a 5 star review, that is until my recent contact order where a misplaced credit ended up with me not being charged the balance (50%) due upon delivery, I couldn't recall and thought nothing of it, figuring if I did owe something I would always square with them either on my next order (I buy a 3 month supply) or whenever, I got a call from them which just about accused me of taking part in an armed robbery, the rudeness when I was not at fault!, I couldn't believe how I was treated, from now on I will take my business elsewhere, someplace where they don't berate the customers over mistakes they make, good riddance
