Businiess name:  Tenda Asian Bistro

Review content:
The food at this restaurant is generally o.k., but the wait staff are constantly changing and seem unreliable. To add insult to tardiness, when last there, we actually got into an argument with the manager when he added a $1 charge to our bill because we had asked for some extra ginger to go with our sushi. I might add that the original serving of ginger had been unusually stingy. But since when does an asian restaurant charge extra for ginger? That's like charging extra for ketchup in a diner. Sorry to say, that despite the poor dining options in Brooklyn Heights, I won't be returning here. If only managers of restaurants realized how little it takes to keep customer loyalty, and how little it takes to lose it. Pros: Food is fairly good. Back patio is airy and pleasant. Cons: Staff are unreliable and management policy is ungenerous.
