Review content:
We were here first for Cajun Wednesday. The gumbo was well prepared. I did have to add a little of the skippers seasoning, but it stands to reason that it wouldn't be a spicy as I usually make mine. They are selling it to a diverse public. I have had the shrimp, scallops, Oysters. and catfish and have been please with all. The fries are a little fishy, but kind of expected in a fish market. The tartar sauce was very good the cocktail sauce was average, but edible. I do want to get back and have the jambalya. I also think I saw an etoufee listed which I'll also have to try. Maybe they should make everyday Wednesday. I like the Pepsi they serve here. I've always find some resturants have a better flavored soft drink and this is one I like. I am seriously thinking about moving to the Apex area to make it an easy run to Skippers.
Pros: They prepare the food well to my taste I have yet to be disappointed
Cons: It is on the other side of town
