My wife called and talked to the manager as we wanted to make sure a belly dancer would be there. The manager told her he was working on it, but there shouldn’t be any problem as he had a big party coming in around 8. Per his recommendation, we made a reservation for 7:30. We stood at there and waited about 5 minutes before we were even noticed by the hostess. She told us she would be right with us but took another 5 minutes before even doing anything. Upon being seated, we sat for 20 minutes and not one person even acknowledged us with a hello, or an excuse on being slow. After finally saying something, someone came to our table and apologized for only have 2 people on staff and being behind. The four of us had already decided we should leave but wanted to give it one more chance. One of my friends asked for suggestions, as a new person to the restaurant, and clearly stated anything but lamb. The waiter told him he suggested a particular lamb dish. After telling him the second time, the waiter then suggested a feast for 4. We told him that nobody wanted the same dish, and to recommend something. He then pointed to the lamb again and even one more time after that. At that point, we told him we were done and would leave, and he was rude and just walked away. They may have good reviews and food, but anyone that has run a restaurant knows how to treat the customers and how to properly staff a restaurant for a holiday weekend. I will NEVER go there again and steer anyone away. We had ½ hour invested to just get water poured. His loss as we went and dropped $150 at another restaurant right around the corner.
