The food is halfway decent, but the otherwise nice atmosphere was totally ruined by angry protesters chanting outside against the owner, Ciro. Ciro himself was courteous and professional at first (if a bit loud), but then lost his temper and started making obscene gestures at the people outside. I've since heard that this is a regular occurrence at Bella Napoli, especially on weekends, and in addition to the dispute I witnessed, the owner is also being sued by a cook for nonpayment of wages. I would recommend steering clear of this restaurant
