The food is halfway decent, but the otherwise nice atmosphere was totally ruined by angry protesters chanting outside against the owner, Ciro. Ciro himself was courteous and professional at first (if a bit loud), but then lost his temper and started making obscene gestures at the people outside. I've since heard that this is a regular occurrence at Bella Napoli, especially on weekends, and in addition to the dispute I witnessed, the owner is also being sued by a cook for nonpayment of wages. I would recommend steering clear of this restaurant more

Bad energy, bad man. Horrible place. 12/20/2010

Creepy owner. I would stay away if I were you. Went there once and saw him yell at a worker. That mixed with the stealing employee's wages...no way will I go back there. I will confirm that Amante's has better food anyway! Plus you won't have to feel guilty after eating a meal. more

Worst Italian Ever!! 12/19/2010

I took my son out to eat at Bella Napoli last sunday and there were people outside protesting. When we asked the owner what was going on he replied that it was none of my business and was very rude. We later talked to the people outside and they told us that Ciro has been accused of wage theft. The owner then came out and spit on someone and threw a picket sign at another. We just wanted a relaxing dinner. I heard Amante's was delicious and right up the road. more

I stay away. 12/15/2010

Terrible management makes this an unpleasant experience for anyone. Wonderful workers but what is wrong with the managment?! It's crazy. I'll stay far away until they clean up their act.\r more

Why doesn't the owner pay his employees? 12/15/2010

I'm no fan of restaurants whose owners don't pay their employers for hours worked. I will only spend my money at a restaurant that treats its employees fairly and respectfully. more
