Review content:
The only reason I hesitate to give this community top rating is because I'll just be moving in in a few days, so better leave myself a margin for afterward, just in case. But, I tell you, I painstakingly searched one disappointing complex after another, until I was disgusted and a little scared. If the place wasn't a dump altogether, the leasing consultant was unacceptable. If the structure was sound, the square footage was unacceptable, etc, etc, etc. Youknow the drill. \r \r Then I found Worthing Crest (through Michael at Promove--it's free and he's a sweetheart) in a matter of 2-3 hours one day. Went, saw. loved, applied. Huge space--1355', great location, beautiful grounds, lots of amenities, gated, great floorplans (4), priced right, Heather Scalzitti, my leasing agent, was (and continues to be) a doll--sweet, friendly, courteous, patient--just a dream. I also met Flossie once who was nice too. There were some bad reviews previously when they had a ""Stephanie"" there (apparently she fell short as a leasing consultant), but she is no longer there. I tell you, short of somehow miraculously being able to buy a condo in future, I expect to spend rest of my life here. You gotta see it!! Plus, they have a $400 resident referral reward! I can't wait until Saturday to move in--and light a fire in my new fireplace, which is between two of my built-in bookcases! ;^) Pros: Drawers in bathrooms!! (Rare, in case you haven't found this out.). Big ups! ;^) Cons: Single stainless sink in kitchen instead of double. My only thumbs down!
