We will NEVER use this place again. We took our 2 healthy puppies there for Thanksgiving vacation. They had a clean bill of health from our Vet on Monday. We dropped them off at this Pet Resort on Tuesday. When we picked them up on Sunday, the girl told us that 1 of the puppies had been sick in the kennel, but wasn't sure which. Well.. It was BOTH dogs that were sick. It took 3 weeks and a 4 day hospital stay to get them back to health. 1 almost DIED! When we called the resort, they COULD HAVE CARED LESS! ""It was our problem not theirs."" So much for ""how much they love dogs"". They didn't even ask what was wrong with our dogs! What if it had been Parvo?! Every dog in the resort could have been contaminated!\r When we tried to make contact with the owner, they refused to talk with us directly and refused to help with any part of the $1100+ vet bill. That is just bad business! I would caution anyone thinking of using this Pet Resort as they truly do not care for your animal. If you do go out for a visit, take a close look at the outside dog area.. It is NEVER scooped for poop.
