I had an issue with my 7er that popped up out of the blue. I drove right over and Jeff jumped right on it. The car was up on the rack and we had a diagnosis within a matter of 30 minutes or so. When Jeff contacted the warranty company they said it wasn't covered. I spoke with them and they insinuated that if Jeff pad the bill to include parts that weren't really needed, they would cover it. Both Jeff and I were flabbergasted. Instead of doing what many others would have done, Jeff stuck by his diagnosis and refused to lie. It is so refreshing to find a mechanic with such high ethical standards.
