I had an issue with my 7er that popped up out of the blue. I drove right over and Jeff jumped right on it. The car was up on the rack and we had a diagnosis within a matter of 30 minutes or so. When Jeff contacted the warranty company they said it wasn't covered. I spoke with them and they insinuated that if Jeff pad the bill to include parts that weren't really needed, they would cover it. Both Jeff and I were flabbergasted. Instead of doing what many others would have done, Jeff stuck by his diagnosis and refused to lie. It is so refreshing to find a mechanic with such high ethical standards. more

Extremely high level of integrity. I had an issue with my 7er that the extended warranty company would only cover if a related part had failed. Instead of violating his convictions, Jeff refused to add additional parts to the claim just so they would authorize the repair. It is so refreshing to find a.mechanic that still believes that mechanics should be honest. more

I came into the shop a few weeks ago and got an oil change. They worked on my car right away and were very professional. They found a few problems with my 325, that could have been a disastrous in a short amount of time. They were able to fix it all quickly and for a pretty good price. I remember going to the dealer last year and I was barely able to keep my shirt. more

The Bavarian lead technician, Jeff, was a great help in obtaining the right parts for my vehicle (a Toyota). He really knows his stuff. Everyone at Bavarian is friendly and professional, and their shop is an example of what auto repair should be. Highly recommended. more

I was very unsatisfied with my experience at Bavarian Auto Haus. I picked up my car only to have another issue appear that was not there before I brought it in. It was a frustrating, expensive and demeaning experience. I felt that they promised a lot but delivered very little. It's difficult knowing nothing about your vehicle and having to trust someone to fix it. It's even more difficult when you get your car back (after it's been in the shop for over a week and they say all issues are solved) and you can tell something else is wrong and you aren't even on the freeway yet. The problem was never fixed. It is unfortunate that I do not recommend them. They seem to promise so much but in reality their delivery is poor. more

Took a Subaru WRX in to be fixed. After the diagnostic test they said that it needed new spark plugs and that it would take 2 1/2 hours to complete. Got the car back and was charge the 2 + hours plus the diagnostic fee along with 4 plugs and an air filter. The next morning the car was worse than when brought in. Although always cordial, they said they could take a look at it, but once again they would charge me for all the labor cost. They did not guarantee this issue. Took it somewhere else and the diagnostic to fixing the problem took less than 20 minutes start to finish. Bavarian said they have standard hours that it takes to fix a certain problem and that is what they go by. Excessive hours to fix a problem. Our pricing is based on time studies by the manufacturer and independant research companies. This is an industry standard used by all professional shops. The pricing reflects job difficulty and reasonable compensation for our employees as well as costs sustained by the business. I'm sure this customer is well compensated for his efforts at work. Why should our employees not be? We did offer to re-scan his vehicle at no charge, but explained that if additional repairs were required, and were unrelated to the work performed we would have to charge accordingly. (Depending customer approval of course!) We were not given the opportunity. We offer a 12 month 12K mile warranty, and strive to maintain the best quality in our area. Unfortunately we cannot satisfy every customer 100% of the time. To proclaim otherwise would not be honest or ethical. We always do our absolute best to perform our work at the highest level possible, and have hundreds of satisfied customers to prove it. more

I generally go to a speedy lube type service for my oil changes. However I decided to try Bavarian auto and was pleasently surprised to see the price was vary comparable and the service was first class. There was no pressure to buy or fix anything other than what I came in for. Thank you for such great service! more

Professional and affordable. I always assumed that a specialty shop would be more expensive than the chain stores, but that was not my experience at all. They also have a very clean shop. more

Bavarian Auto Haus has done good work for me over the years. I started using them around 1988 when I had an old 4-wheel drive pickup truck that I took there. Over the years, they have serviced my BMWs and I have been happy with them. In this economy, I appreciate that they have always tried to work with me on anything that needed to be done. Also, they stand behind by work. For example, I once had to get towed to their shop to have a drive shaft replaced in my old truck. When they looked at it and saw that it had not been properly fixed, they took care of it and also paid for the tow truck service. Whenever something is not quite right, I know that I can take my car back to Bavarian Auto Haus and they will make it right. more

I have taken our Subaru to Bavarian Auto Haus several times in the past year and have appreciated their service and expertise. Besides routine lube and oil changes, I have needed minor service, such as replacing headlight bulbs, and more involved, replacing an alternator. In all cases, they have accommodated my schedule, even on short notice, fully explained the service that they performed and that they recommend in the future.
