I am appalled by the comments being made by some of you. Caron Realty has been our management company for over 11 years and they handle issues and problems in a timely manner. They manage many communities around Denver and have an excellent rating with the BBB. I know, we checked before hiring them. I have served on the Board of my community and understand the frustrations that Caron Realty experiences. Homeowners call them, are rude & beligerant, cuss them out & even threaten them. That is uncalled for. Homeowners don't pay their dues, don't follow the covenants, but when Caron tries to do their job, they are the bad guy. They don't write the covenants, but the Board & HOA laws require they enforce them. If you really want to be a part of your community, get on your Board. Caron puts in countless hours for every community they manage and to say they don't care about ""you"" is incorrect. They are a great company & I would recommend them to anyone looking for a management company.
