This is the third management company we had dealt with in condo Associtions, by far the worse. If you ask the company to follow the by laws you become a target. Landscape is poorly done, repairs have to done over & over. Homeowners are sent to other homeowners for help by management company. When you call to report something you are treated like a convict. I shovel my own snow, and do about everything else. If you want it done right. The dues continue go up. Accounting is horrible! Minutes and financials are not posted for over six months. Getting the financials are like pulling teeth. Property Values have drastically declined over last five years. Home Owner Education in Annual Meeting Manager states nothing new to report. November there new FHA lending guidlines enacted, that went to effect February 2010. The Board made a policy change concerning the Reserve Study, not mentioned in the Annual meeting. etc. etc.
Cons: Caron does not like to remove, snow, paint, general repairs
